| Lead time for shipping | We will send e-mail to confirm the total sum to be paid. Then after confirming your remittance to us, we will start to process of writing calligraphy for you based on your order details then we will ship you within 2 weeks. In case we will not be able to ship the products to you within 2 weeks, we will inform you the expected shipping day by e-mail. |

| Return Policy | We don’t accept the retuning product on account of your own personal reasons like different Kanji characters. Also we don’t accept the changing the calligraphy after the procedures has completed. If you realize you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we ship quickly, it may not be able to stop the shipping procedures because we can’t cancel your order if we have already shipped. Please check and notify us about the product to return within 8 days after receipt of the ordered product. Claims made after 8 days of receipt of the order will not be accepted for us. | ||||||
